Qualitative and Quantitative research methods: User Interviews, Contextual Inquiries, Surveys, Competitive Analysis, Market Research, Diary Studies, etc.
My design approach is data-informed, user-driven, and topped with a hint of natural instinct.
Everything I have engaged in so far has been driven by my keen interest in solving problems. I prioritize research, prototyping and user testing to better empathize with and understand user behaviours. I leverage my findings to create rewarding interactions between humans and technology.
When I’m not designing, I spend my spare time running, playing soccer, walking my dog, enjoying a cold beer and/or traveling the world. In the past 5 years, I have been lucky enough to go to Pakistan, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Thailand and China. I’ve most recently been exploring the beautiful British Columbia coast, and finding inspiration in my own backyard.
